Dr T.C. Chang’s clinic is located at Thomson Medical Centre and is easily accessible from Novena MRT Station (NS20). For directions, click here to open Google Maps.

We are open on the following days:
Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Sundays: Closed

You can make an appointment with us through any of the following ways:

A referral letter is not required to see our doctor. However, if you’re using insurance coverage that requires specialist referral (e.g. corporate plans), please check with your provider or bring a GP referral letter.

Please bring the following items:

  • NRIC/FIN or Passport (for registration)
  • Any referral letters from your GP or other specialists
  • Previous medical reports or test results (if relevant)
  • Insurance card

If you’re planning to conceive, it’s a good idea to schedule a preconception consultation with our obstetrician. This helps us:

  • Assess your overall health and medical history
    Do carrier screening for genetic disorders (e.g., cystic fibrosis, Duchenne’s muscular dystrophy, spinal muscular atrophy, fragile X chromosome, thalassaemia)
  • Identify any conditions that may affect fertility (e.g. PCOS, thyroid issues)
  • Recommend necessary screenings (e.g. rubella immunity, STDs, other genetic risks)
  • Advise on lifestyle habits and prenatal vitamins (especially folic acid).

During a routine women’s health check-up, the doctor will usually:

  • Review your personal and family medical history
  • Discuss your menstrual cycle, lifestyle, and reproductive goals
  • Conduct physical exams, such as breast and pelvic exams
  • Perform cervical screening (e.g. Pap smear and HPV testing) and STI tests as needed.

It’s also a chance for you to ask questions about contraception, fertility, and general well-being.

Yes, certain procedures and treatments are MediSave-claimable, including:

  • Delivery (normal and C-section)
  • Selected day surgeries (e.g., laparoscopic removal of ovarian cysts or fibroids).

Our staff will assist you with the necessary forms and submission process.
